How long does it take?
Around 3 to 5 minutes. Only the resident's first name, surname and your contact details are required; everything else is optional and can be completed later.

Do I need to create an account to fill it in?
No. A family area is created automatically when you send the form, so you can track your file if you wish, but nothing obliges you to for us to contact you.
